Dear Dedicated Goalie,
Believe me, I know how it is, you go to practice or play in tournaments and see that goalie who stops everything. He just always seems to be in the right place at the right time. He puts zero effort into his preparation, but still has a save percentage over .900. Frustrating? Yes.
But you are okay to work for your success. That type of success is way more rewarding anyway. Do you ever look at that goalie with natural ability and think, “How awesome would they be if they just worked at it a little bit?” I do that all the time.
In fact, at Revolution Conditioning, when we get a player who oozes natural talent, but has zero work ethic, we quickly remove them from our training environment – the way a hospital tries to quarantine a virus. There is no way we want that attitude infecting our other players.
Let’s forget about Mr. Easy and focus on you. What can you do better? Where do you need to improve? Do you think better flexibility through your shoulders, back and especially your hips would help you make more saves or at least more efficient saves?
I hope you are nodding your head right now saying “Yes”, because every goalie will make more saves and more efficient saves with more flexibility.
What do I mean when I say more efficient saves? I mean you do not have to migrate so far from your ideal ready position to make the save. You do not have to make a desperation slide across the crease for the save, leaving you vulnerable for a second effort goal even if you do somehow make that first stop.
So if I told you that you could stop more pucks, conserve energy and reduce your risk of injury by investing only 20-minutes in your body, would you say that sounds like a fair deal?
Let me explain what I have for you below. Keep reading if you are ready and willing to be better than average.
Sincerely committed to your success,
Highly sought after goalie coach chimes in…

Extend your playing career by taking care of your body…
Thanks for posting the 14 day challenge (and program) for flexible and durable hips. Since starting the program (maybe 6 to 7 weeks ago) my GAA has dropped by .25. My teams have remarked that my positioning and reflexes are much better. I am sure they are, as a 52 year old goalie (with several serious medical issues) the pain in my hips is (perhaps better to say was) excrutiating. Since following the program the pain is greatly reduced. While I still have pain (due do the underlying medical condition) your excellent program has extended my playing career. Earlier this season I was thinking that I may need to retire. Now I am the winningest goalie in my division (12 teams). Please keep the tips and programs coming!”

No more hoping the puck goes to the side where you can actually flare your pad…
“Hi Maria,
The Goalie Stretch Solution manual, which gives you the printed outline of both the Flexibility Fix follow along stretching video and the Ultimate Goalie Warm-Up Solution.
You will also get a collection of every article I have ever written about flexibility training for hockey goalies in one place. Here’s just a sample…
Think of this as your textbook of flexibility for goalies.
The Flexibility Fix follow along video. No more looking at your watch or counting in your head. Just follow me and we will go through the entire flexibility routine together.
I’ll coach you through each stretch and show you how to get the most out of each movement. Ah, quality time together, just me and you.
See how your flexibility compares with mine and see where you need to improve or where you leave me in the dust (feel free to publicly chirp me on the blog – I can handle it :))
The Ultimate Goalie Warm-Up Solution video. This was previously a stand-alone product called the Ultimate 12-Minute Warm-Up For Goalies. I decided to make this a one-stop-shop for all your daily flexibility needs including pre-practice or pre-game warm-ups, so here you go!
No more lag while you get in the zone after the puck drops. The shooters won’t wait for you to find your groove, you know they are trying to get a quick one past you. They want to see you break your stick over the cross-bar and chase you to the bench before the 8-minute mark.
So you can see that I am happy to give you $85 worth of value for only $7.95, that is a pretty good deal. If I walked up to you with my magic wand and told you that I was going to give you a flatter butterfly flare, wider splits and reduce your risk of groin strains – GUARANTEED – for only $20 bucks, most of you would jump at that (or at least I hope you would). Well, I am basically making the same offer except in this case the price is only $7.95 and you will have to actually go through the stretches.
Flexibility Fix QuickStart Video AND the Ultimate Goalie Warm-Up Solution QuickStart Video– you may not always want to watch the entire follow-along video or before a game to watch an entire video demonstration of the goalie specific dynamic warm-up, so I have condensed it down to about 90-seconds. Just enough to get a reminder of what you are supposed to be doing. These QuickStart videos are iPhone compatible .M4V format.
I always want to over deliver, so I am giving you another flexibility and stability routine that you can use once you get a little tired of the original Flexibility Fix. This will give you some variety and show you how I often integrate stabilization work into our flexibility training.
P.S. You do not need a bunch of expensive equipment to do the routine. If you have a tennis ball and a towel, you can do everything you need to do. If you already have a foam roller, that is great. If you don’t have one yet, you will probably want to get one after you see the video. You also will not have to stretch for an hour everyday. The Flexibility Fix takes about 20-25 minutes to get through and I would like you to do it at least 3 times per week.
P.P.S There are goalies who should NOT buy this program…
